24 Seminary is a two family house on Seminary Avenue
corner of Chapin at the center of student housing of the Westside of Binghamton.
24 Seminary is going into complete renovations and will
have 4 bedrooms per floor, full size kitchen, living room and bathroom. The
house will have a total of 8 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 Kitchens and 2 living
rooms.
The third floor will have a Penthouse recognized by
cathedral ceilings and skylights.
A full size basement is going to be made available as
laundry room and a CPA room (Crazy Party Animals room) or a recreational room.
The entire house will be heated with radiant heat known
for its quality and efficiency in prolonged winters.
